Behavioral Assessment
The behavioral assessment is a key step before starting any training or reeducation work with your dog. This initial session is essential to truly understand your companion and establish a solid foundation for future sessions.
During this meeting, I take the time to:
🐾 Observe your dog’s behavior. This observation helps me better understand their habits, reactions, and any potential issues.
🐾 Discuss with you to understand your expectations, goals, and your current relationship with your dog. You’ll be able to share situations that cause difficulties (for example: excessive barking, anxiety, aggression, disobedience).
🐾 Evaluate your dog’s specific needs based on their age, breed, temperament, and background.
Lessons:
Once the behavioral assessment is completed, I offer a personalized program that takes into account:
🐾 Your dog’s age: Needs and learning abilities vary greatly between a puppy, an adult dog, and a senior dog.
🐾 Their breed and temperament: Some breeds have natural predispositions toward certain behaviors or specific challenges.
🐾 Your priorities: Recall, leash walking, socialization, barking management, stress reduction, or any other issue you wish to address.
Number and frequency: To be determined together based on your needs and your dog’s progress.
